The aim is not an instant or artificial transformation. It is to help create gradual improvements in how the skin looks, feels and functions over time.

Exosomes are extremely small extracellular vesicles involved in communication between cells. In simple terms, they act like messengers that carry signals between cells. These signals may be involved in processes related to recovery, hydration, inflammation and skin maintenance.

The exsiLun booster contains skin-conditioning ingredients derived from human umbilical cord blood stem cell culture media. This does not mean that live stem cells are placed into the skin.

The treatment uses a topical cosmetic booster containing ingredients produced during a controlled cell culture process. The booster is applied to the skin during Skin Needling and is not injected.

The exsiLun booster is supplied in two separate formulas that are mixed immediately before treatment.

Formula 1: concentrated booster complex. The first formula contains the concentrated USC1994® complex and related skin-conditioning components. It is stored separately to help protect sensitive ingredients before use.

The sensation varies depending on individual pain tolerance, needle depth, treatment area, skin sensitivity and existing inflammation. Most clients describe the treatment as uncomfortable rather than severely painful. It may feel like light scratching, prickling, tingling or mild pressure.

Areas such as the forehead, nose and upper lip may feel more sensitive because the skin is thinner or closer to the bone. Your comfort and skin response will be monitored throughout the treatment.

Immediately after Skin Needling, the skin may appear red or flushed, warm, tight, mildly swollen, sensitive, similar to a light sunburn.

Visible redness commonly lasts approximately 24-48 hours. Mild dryness, tightness or flaking may continue for approximately three to seven days.

Your skin may look presentable before the barrier has fully recovered, so it is still important to follow the aftercare instructions even after the redness has settled. For your first treatment, we recommend allowing at least several days before an important event.

Once the initial redness settles, some clients notice that their skin looks more hydrated, fresher, smoother and more refined.

Changes related to collagen remodelling take longer. Improvements in texture, pores, firmness and acne scarring usually develop progressively over several weeks and may continue to evolve for several months.
