We have varying levels of service for our gel manicures to meet your needs and fit into your schedule. Classic are our standard service, and is used to base on any quote we give, unless specifically asked for Basic or Premium. The difference between Basic, Classic and Premium manicures/pedicures are as follows:

Basic (45 mins): Cuticle is pushed back using an e-file, which is perfect for people who do not want their cuticles trimmed and/or have fairly thin and clean cuticles already. Re-application or removal is recommended in 2-3 weeks.

Classic (75 mins): Cuticle is pushed back using an e-file and trimmed using sanitised cuticle nippers. Gel is applied closer to the cuticle line compared to the Basic Gel Manicure/Pedicure, due to how much the cuticle is trimmed. Re-application or removal is recommended in 3-4 weeks. This service is perfect for a cuticle tidy and a clean, polished look.

Premium (90 mins): Cuticle care is carried out using more advanced tools and techniques. Includes treatment of callus/dry skin around the nails, as well as cuticle oil and hot towel treatment. Gel will be applied closer to the cuticle line than in the Classic Gel Manicure/Pedicure due to meticulous cuticle and nail preparation, meaning that the manicure lasts longer, with reapplication or removal recommended in 4 weeks. We highly recommend this service for a highly polished look, and for individuals who are obsessed with details and prefer to see minimal grow out of the manicure/pedicure due to how close the gel application is to the cuticle.

Some prices vary due to the level of service required or detail required. For example, custom nail design can vary between $50 to over $200 depending on the level of complexity. In addition, pricing will vary depending on the staff member selected due to our tiered pricing.

The retention of any nail enhancement varies between people as it highly depends on how you use your hands, chemical exposure, and many other factors such as excessive sweating or oil production. Gel polish can lift & chip if they are not looked after.

Our 7 Day Nail Guarantee gives our customers peace of mind for any issues caused by natural wear and tear - we are happy to provide a free fix within 7 days of your appointment, so please get in touch with us as soon as possible and provide any photos of the damage. We can arrange a booking for you at our next available opening. However, if you miss the free fix appointment, the following fix appointment will be charged.

Fixes outside of the 7 day timeframe will incur a charge. In addition, fixing will be charged if the damage is not from natural wear and tear or aftercare instructions were not followed. The 7 Day Nail Guarantee is at the full discretion of Urban Beauty.
