Nail Correction is a gel service designed to reshape and improve the appearance of nails that have an irregular or unflattering natural shape, such as curved, ski-jump, or fan-shaped nails. The goal is to create a more aesthetically balanced, beautiful result using gel.

A prior consultation is not required, but because the service takes additional time, it must be added to your booking at the time of reservation. If you are unsure whether your nails would benefit from correction, feel free to send us a photo before you book.

Pricing varies based on two factors: the technician's experience level (tiered pricing), and for nail art, the complexity of the design, the level of detail, and the materials used.

Our nail technicians are priced according to their experience level. If you would like to book with a specific technician, please select them at the time of booking. If no preference is selected, you will be assigned to the next available technician and charged at their rate.

We offer one complimentary fix within 7 days of your appointment for issues caused by natural wear and tear only.

To claim a free fix, please contact us as soon as possible and send a photo of the issue before removing or touching the nail. We will arrange a booking at our next available opening.

Fixes will be charged if the complimentary appointment is missed, if the damage was caused by the client (picking, impact, force, etc.), or if aftercare instructions were not followed. The 7 Day Nail Guarantee is at the full discretion of Urban Beauty.

Gel retention varies between individuals and is affected by how you use your hands, chemical exposure, sweating, oil production, and how consistently aftercare is followed. Gel can lift and chip when it is not properly cared for.

If you experience lifting within 7 days, please reach out and we will assess whether it qualifies for a complimentary fix.

To get the most out of your nail service, apply cuticle oil daily, wear gloves when cleaning or doing dishes, and keep your hands moisturised.

Try to avoid using your nails as tools, picking or peeling the gel, and prolonged exposure to water or harsh chemicals. Damage caused by neglect will not be covered under the 7 Day Guarantee.

Recommended reapplication timeframes vary by service tier: 2 to 3 weeks for Basic, 3 to 4 weeks for Classic, and 4 weeks for Premium.

Please note that we do not offer infills. Each appointment is a full service from removal through to reapplication.
